Located on Main St in Templeton, this little "greasy spoon" joint is really a full service restaurant. The menu is varied, the food is tasty and the service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable as well. Parking is a little tight but not a huge issue. If you don't want table service you can sit at the counter so it's a diner in disguise. I'm sure if you asked those enjoying their lunch here today all of them would tell you that Joe's is in their weekly rotation.

Ate here and the food was great staff was amazing. My Aunt Jean Waller took us there before I drove her back to Illinois. She loved their food.
Good breakfast fare. I gave it 5 stars because the hash browns were very crisp and tasty. The sourdough bread was a nice thick cut. The restaurant was very loud making it difficult to talk with others at my table. There are about 7-12 parking spots in back and parking on the street. We got our food fairly quickly.

This place was recommended to us by a local and it was exactly as she described it. Great food, great service and wonderful down home feel. The coffee is strong, the biscuits are amazing, the offerings are plentiful and our waitress, Miranda was INCREDIBLE! She made sure our meal was perfect (and it was!), remembered everything and then some and helped us leave with very full bellies and leftovers for lunch. If you're looking for a great spot with a down home feel, friendly staff and great home cooking, this is it!
Great local spot for breakfast. Lots of usual options to choose from. Kitchen looks clean and they crank out the food quickly. Service is friendly and helpful. The food is really good. Nothing Michelin star worthy but good food and a reasonable price. The chilaquilis are amazing. Definitely worth the stop for breakfast.
